The PMC, as well as the subsequent public procurement, will be carried out by the Contracting Authority under the Czech legal framework according to The PPA. The PPA is attached as Annex 2.
Furthermore, the Contracting Authority informs the Economic Operator that the subject matter of the public contract shall be procured within the project: “e-INFRA CZ: Modernization” (project no. CZ.02.1.01/0.0/0.0/18_072/0015659) within the Operational Programme Research, Development, and Education.
