On the basis of the request from one of the participants the Contracting Authority confirmes that the correct time frame that is currently expected is set in the Article No. 2 of the Invitation to the Preliminary Market Consultation.

Public procurement procedure 05/2021
Contract award 11/2021
Delivery and acceptance 02/2022

Original question:
In Chapter 2 of the Invitation „Expected timeframe“ is delivery and acceptance date set for 02/2021. However in Chapter 4.1 „Complementary System I design“, paragraph 2, there is date of acceptance of the delivery set for Q4 2021. Please clarify which term is correct.
